No need to feel left out if you don’t have your own bike, Toronto has a great Bike Share program and stations all over the city. There are so many breathtaking bike trails in The 6ix that take you past ravines, rivers, the shoreline and more. We’ve collected our favourites so you can plan a springtime excursion in the sun. Doug Ford can’t keep us from enjoying a bike ride, can he?

Lower Don Trail

This is one of the most beautiful paved trails in the city and it follows alongside the Don from the lake all the way up to ET Seton Park for about 7km. Sounds of the river, art installations and tons of greenery will guide you along the path.

Humber Bay Arch Bridge

This bridge that links Humber Bay Shores and Toronto’s West End offers stunning views of the skyline and provides a continuous ride alongside the lake’s green spaces. Don’t forget to stop at the Sheldon Lookout, you won’t want to miss it!

Queens Quay/Lakeshore Trail

This waterfront trail that follows along Lakeshore Blvd. offers wide 2 lane bike paths and plenty of scenic views along the way. Found near Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre, Queens Quay features a variety of amazing restaurants, stores, viewing platforms and more.

High Park offers a few different bike trails, all of them offering beautiful views of the park. This is the perfect place for a quick bike ride with kids or just to get into the great outdoors for an hour or two.
