>Like many other industries, the restaurant sector has had to change course during the pandemic. One such spot is Dailo Kitchen, an Asian joint located on College Street. Run by Chef Nick Liu, the restaurant highlights the beauty of Hakka cuisine with a modern twist. And the need to stay afloat in the midst of closures and lockdowns led to his project, the Dailo Pop-Up Noodles.
