EMKFIT is a local Torontonian who started her Youtube channel to get through the first quarantine this year. She has a wide variety of fun HIIT workouts (without the burpees) and spreads a “wrong and strong” attitude. I can confidently say you will have a blast on her channel. Check out her channel here.
