>It’s finally happening, kids! Personal care is reopening tomorrow in Ontario and for those of us who would give almost anything for a mani or pedi, your time has come. There are nail salons on nearly every city block but if you’re looking for not only the best experience and top quality, you’ll want to make an appointment at any of the Toronto nail salons listed below. These salons have been closed since the fall and we can’t even imagine the hardships they’ve faced. Make sure to tip well, be extra patient, and follow all of their rules and guidelines!
